ALBERTA
OPERATIONS UPDATE
International
Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company”) reports that its 25%
working interest gas well in Ante Creek area (15-8-67-22W5)
of Alberta has commenced production contributing a net 50
boe/d to the Company. The Ponoka 10-2-43-25W4 (85% working
interest held by the Company) is the first re-entry gas well
for re-completion pursuant to the Company’s 2006 winter drill
program. Equipment for this well is scheduled to be on site
by mid February, 2006. A service rig is expected to be on
site late February, 2006 for the second re-entry gas well
at Grimshaw 10-17-82-22WS (100% working interest held by the
Company) where final access approval is pending. The balance
of the winter drilling program consisting of a further re-entry
gas well in which the Company holds a 75% working interest
and three new gas wells in which the Company holds a 64% working
interest and a 100% working interest in the other two wells
is progressing as scheduled.
