DRILLING
UPDATE
International
Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company”) reports that the second
drilling rig “Trinidad No. 6” commenced drilling on 21 March
2006 at Medicine River 5-30-38-2W5 where the Company holds
a 64% working interest. The well is targeting both Edmonton
and Belly River gas zones.
Drilling
by Precision rig No. 814 is progressing at Grimshaw 10-17-84-22W5
in the Peace River area, Alberta where the Company holds a
75% working interest. The well is targeting a cretaceous sand
gas zone. Upon completion the rig will move to Berwyn 2-11-84-1W5
also in the Peace River (a 100% working interest well) where
the target is also a cretaceous gas zone.
