DOMESTIC ACTIVITIES UPDATE

International Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company ”) is pleased to report that the drilling of the Medicine River 2-25 twin (2,140 m) will commence November 22, 2007.  The well shows good potential for both oil and gas bearing zones (Basal Quartz, Glauconite, Colony, Belly River and Edmonton Sands). This well, in which the Company holds an 85% W.I., the drilling is expected to be completed by December 05, 2007. The completion, testing, and tie-in are anticipated to be finished shortly thereafter; with production projected to be online before the year-end, 2007. If successful the Company expects this well to produce approximately 1,000 mcf/d (166 boed).
