DOMESTIC DRILLING UPDATE

International Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company ”) is pleased to report that the drilling of the Medicine River 2-25 twin, in which the Company holds an 85% W.I., is approaching the closing stages of the operation significantly ahead of schedule.  The well has been logged and all five prospective zones are present (Basal Quartz, Glauconite, Colony, Belly River and Edmonton Sands). The well was drilled to total depth (2,140 m) four days ahead of schedule and is significantly under budget. The completion operation is scheduled to commence during the first week of December, 2007 to evaluate the zones with the intention of commingling production from the multiple zones to optimize cost and production efficiency. The well is expected to be on production before the end of December, 2007.
