PRODUCTION INCREASE

International Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company”) reports that it is continuing its 2008 drilling program success with yet another gas well being tied in at present.  The new Alberta gas well is expected to net the Company an additional 140 boe/d, which would push the Company's total production over the 1,050 boe/d mark.  The Company is also participating in another development well, which is planned to spud later this month.  It is anticipated the well will be drilled, completed, and brought online by mid Q3, 2008 and will add another 70-80 boe/d net to the Company.
