NEW ALBERTA GAS WELL

International Sovereign Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to report that a new well, in which the Company has a 40% W.I., has been successfully completed and tested as a potential gas well at steady flow rates of 2,000 mcf/d; 133 boed net to the Company. The well is scheduled to be tied in and online by the start of Q4, 2007. Step out exploitation plans are being developed for the area. Early indications suggest that the area has potential to be a significant new gas production field for the Company.
